Requirements
- Professional qualification (CA, CWA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience in finance/accounting
- 2+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Proficiency in Excel
- Exposure to Power BI, EPM tools, or similar platforms preferred
- Ability to work with large datasets and automate reporting processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in multinational or shared services environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Execute budgeting and forecasting cycles and support financial statement analysis
- Maintain and enhance financial models, including scenario and trend analysis
- Perform variance analysis to identify key business drivers and performance gaps
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Track cash flow performance and support project-level financial analysis
- Assist in indirect rate analysis and financial impact assessments
- Partner with business teams to gather inputs and validate financial assumptions
- Drive reporting automation and process improvements using Excel and BI tools
- Work with large datasets to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting quality
