Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant FP&A or financial management experience.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CWA, ACCA, or CIMA, or equivalent finance degree.
- Strong accounting foundation with full-cycle reporting experience.
- Experience in project accounting or complex cost structures within engineering, construction, or shared services.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems (e.g., Costpoint, EPM/FCCS, COBRA, Excel, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills with ability to manage large datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience driving process optimization.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of FAR, CAS, or government contracting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning cycles.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, including scenario planning and trend analysis.
- Perform detailed variance analysis to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Prepare and deliver regular financial performance reports for executive stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and indirect rate structures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to validate planning assumptions.
- Drive process improvements and reporting automation using Excel, Power BI, and EPM systems.
