Requirements
- Proven experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting role.
- Exceptional skills in data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience with analytics platforms and dashboard administration (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-technical audiences.
- Primary internet connection: minimum 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection: minimum 10 Mbps (capable of supporting work during power outages).
- Primary device: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), Intel Core i3 (10th gen+), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Backup device: Must meet or exceed Intel Core i3 performance and be functional during power interruptions.
- Functioning webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space and a smartphone for communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver regular reports on key partner metrics, including license utilization, activation rates, and engagement metrics.
- Fulfill ad-hoc requests for deep-dive analysis and provide customized data cuts to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
- Ensure the highest level of data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all partner records and attributes.
- Manage the Partner Analytics Dashboard (PAD), including user access and system configuration.
- Present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
