Responsibilities
- Answer technical platform questions via Intercom, Slack, phone, and email.
- Provide technical guidance on API documentation and standard SaaS tools like CRMs, ESPs, and ERPs.
- Explain data building blocks to customers to ensure platform value.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers and Solutions Engineers.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations departments.
