Responsibilities

  • Answer technical platform questions via Intercom, Slack, phone, and email.
  • Provide technical guidance on API documentation and standard SaaS tools like CRMs, ESPs, and ERPs.
  • Explain data building blocks to customers to ensure platform value.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Account Managers and Solutions Engineers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations departments.
