Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Experience building modern web applications (React, Node, Flask, Next.js).
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting customers on web applications.
  • Experience with SaaS-based product work.
  • Proficiency with support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, or Crisp.
  • Ability to debug web applications.
  • Near-perfect written English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests from Mercor’s talent pool regarding platform applications.
  • Triage and investigate talent-reported issues by examining telemetry data and inspecting network requests.
  • Write queries against the database to troubleshoot issues.
  • Troubleshoot common browser issues.
  • Consolidate insights and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  • Build talent-facing documentation for common support queries.
  • Maintain high energy and positivity while communicating in near-perfect English.
