Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of total experience in an applications development environment.
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience as a business analyst.
- Previous experience in software development, QA, or related technical fields.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability in conflict management and building relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and creating user requirements is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively across both IT and business groups.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple high-tech software development projects simultaneously.
- Contribute to the process improvement team to enhance company effectiveness.
- Gather, analyze, and create detailed user requirements for software products.
- Apply conflict management and relationship-building skills across IT and business departments.
