- Strong working knowledge of California and Arizona state employment laws.
- Availability for full-time work within Pacific Time Zone business hours.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency in Rippling HRIS (desired).
- High growth or start-up experience (desired).
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries (highly preferred).
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP (plus).
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-state compliance, own full-cycle payroll in Rippling, and maintain audit-ready records.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting from job description creation to onboarding top-tier talent.
- Administer benefits, design engagement programs, and support professional development.
- Serve as the primary HR resource for managers, providing coaching on performance and policy.
