Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer.
- 5+ years in software development.
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills.
- Expertise with relational databases.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and enhancing AWS cloud infrastructure (e.g., Lambda, RDS, SQS).
- Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Solid understanding of software design principles and system architecture.
- E-commerce or API design and integration experience.
- Comfortable working in a lean, agile team environment.
- Interest or experience in agentic coding.
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and build performant, scalable applications using modern web technologies.
- Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for security, scalability, and reliability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the team on technical matters, working closely with the Head of Engineering.
- Own solutions end-to-end from requirements gathering with end-users to delivery, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team on projects transforming care delivery.
- Leverage AI to drive development efficiency while ensuring code excellence.
