Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, consulting, or systems implementation.
- Solid understanding of GAAP (CPA preferred).
- Advanced+ Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting and finance solutions like QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, and Rippling.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle technology implementations.
- Experience building SOPs and scalable internal processes.
- Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into practical accounting workflow applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Produce monthly financial statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and support financial modeling.
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
- Handle employee onboarding, payroll, and compliance activities.
- Lead firm-wide implementation of AI tools and workflow automation initiatives from strategy to deployment.
- Design an internal AI-powered knowledge system and develop prompt libraries for accounting workflows.
- Develop QA frameworks and governance standards for AI-generated outputs.
- Utilize assigned client portfolio as a pilot environment to measure and refine AI-enabled service delivery.
- Document AI learnings and create an internal implementation playbook for the firm.
