Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Tax.
- CPA or CPA candidate.
- 6+ years of experience working in public accounting.
- Experience working in a client-facing role with business leaders.
- Ability to learn new software and comfortable using technology.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to coach and train associates.
- Available to work during standard business hours (9am to 5pm).
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality tax compliance and consulting services to a growing client base.
- Manage the preparation and delivery of quarterly tax projections and ad hoc client requests.
- Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tax filings.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement in tax procedures.
- Provide expert guidance and support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
