Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting Wholesale ISOs.
- Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota.
- Solid understanding of the merchant services industry.
- Demonstrated track record of growing revenue.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop new Wholesale ISOs via self-generated and provided leads.
- Sign, activate, and grow sales partners within their first 12 months.
- Grow revenue within existing accounts using value-based selling methods.
- Understand and articulate North's product and service suite to secure additional revenue.
- Conduct effective contract negotiations for partner agreements and Schedule A.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
