Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting Wholesale ISOs.
  • Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota.
  • Solid understanding of the merchant services industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing revenue.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop new Wholesale ISOs via self-generated and provided leads.
  • Sign, activate, and grow sales partners within their first 12 months.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts using value-based selling methods.
  • Understand and articulate North's product and service suite to secure additional revenue.
  • Conduct effective contract negotiations for partner agreements and Schedule A.
  • Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
