10-15 years of industry experience.
At least 5 years in business development or capture management with proposal development experience.
Successfully led and won contracts in the $1M+ to $100M range.
Active US Top Secret security clearance, with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.
Strong network of contacts within the DoD and/or Intelligence Community.
Experience leading Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) or Computer Network Operations (CNO) programs.
Working knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Process, RFP analysis, and various contract types.
Proven ability to transform customer requirements into scoped solutions and proposals.
Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.
Must be able to travel 25% of the time.

Manage and lead a comprehensive business development and capture portfolio, focusing on strategic opportunities within the Offensive Cyber domain.
Develop and maintain Line of Business growth strategies and pipeline by engaging the customer marketplace.
Identify, design, qualify, and lead strategic campaigns to secure new contracts or task orders.
Serve as the primary customer and external stakeholder point of contact for capture efforts.
Develop and implement capture strategy and tactics, including competitive assessments, teaming strategies, and price-to-win analysis.
Lead overall content development for business development activities, including draft SOWs, ROMs, and cost proposal content.
Collaborate with Program Managers and Technical Leads to create prototypes and demonstrations for pursuits.
Coordinate and collaborate across the line of business with management, strategy, engineering, contracts, and finance teams.
