Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Water/Wastewater if no degree.
  • Knowledge of adsorption processes.
  • Knowledge of filtration technologies.
  • Knowledge of ion exchange.
  • Knowledge of reverse osmosis.
  • Ability to interpret water quality data.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales in municipal, private utility, commercial, and industrial markets.
  • Plan and execute market-specific sales strategies.
  • Meet annual sales and pipeline growth goals.
  • Manage opportunities and customer data in Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineers, operators, regulators, and contractors.
  • Present water treatment solutions to prospective clients.
  • Support proposal development and bid strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering teams.
  • Conduct customer presentations and participate in trade shows.
