Requirements
- Extensive experience in cloud consulting, cloud engineering, or solution architecture roles focused on Microsoft Azure
- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure services, including infrastructure, networking, security, compute, and data workloads
- Solid knowledge of identity and access management, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or equivalent automation frameworks
- Background working in enterprise, government, or regulated environments with security/compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CMMC)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders effectively
- Relevant Azure certifications (AZ-305, AZ-700, AZ-500, or similar) strongly preferred
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and operate effectively in complex, fast-moving environments
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Azure delivery engagements, from scoping and design through implementation, migration, testing, and handover to operations
- Design and deploy secure, scalable cloud environments across identity, networking, compute, storage, and security domains
- Translate business and technical requirements into actionable architecture and implementation plans
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery quality across multiple concurrent projects
- Act as technical lead and advisor to customers and internal teams, supporting key architectural and implementation decisions
- Develop technical documentation, standards, and best practices to improve consistency across Azure delivery
- Drive process improvements, automation, and adoption of infrastructure-as-code and cloud engineering best practices
