Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling VAR and MSP partnerships.
  • Background working within or alongside CCaaS, CRM, telecom, contact center, or digital payments ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex partner strategies that generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing senior and executive-level relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with both strategic ownership and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional partnership strategy across North America, UK, and EMEA to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Identify, onboard, and scale strategic partners including VARs, MSPs, system integrators, distributors, telcos, and CRM providers.
  • Build and manage executive relationships to ensure alignment on joint go-to-market strategies and commercial objectives.
  • Lead partner management activities, including negotiations, contract structuring, and agreement optimization.
  • Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training, co-selling support, and development of joint value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to build integrated GTM plans and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Track partnership performance through KPIs and revenue outcomes to optimize relationships.
