Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account coordination, customer support, healthcare operations, or similar client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive timely issue resolution
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to track, document, and follow through on operational requests
  • Experience working with data, reports, or KPIs to identify trends and support decision-making
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-regulated or healthcare environments is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Experience in customer support systems or ticketing tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational and coordination support for client accounts in partnership with Account Managers
  • Manage and track customer support tickets related to access, system issues, site IDs, and other operational requests
  • Act as an initial escalation point for customer issues, coordinating internal resolution across technical and operational teams
  • Monitor outstanding issues and ensure timely follow-up, resolution, and clear communication to stakeholders
  • Assist in maintaining and updating account documentation, SOPs, workflows, and operational job aids
  • Support reporting and KPI tracking to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across IT, Finance, Operations, and Account Management teams
  • Assist with provisioning, access management, and onboarding activities for new and existing clients
  • Support billing issue resolution in collaboration with Finance and other internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to identifying recurring operational gaps and recommending workflow improvements
