  • Experience in all forms of distribution, including owned retail, partnership branded retail, and wholesale development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills and proactive issue resolution.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as business needs require.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a flexible, adaptable environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the strategy for Specialty Footwear in North America aligned with the long-term strategic plan.
  • Identify and build relationships with new Specialty Partners to expand the distribution network.
  • Develop programming and support a team of Territory Managers to drive profitable growth.
  • Partner with trade marketing to create and execute seasonal strategies.
  • Collaborate with demand planning and allocations for data-driven forecasting and assortments.
  • Travel across North America up to 50% to support go-to-market success and partner relationships.
  • Attend and support trade shows and industry events.
