Requirements
- 2-4 years of blockchain development experience with smart contracts, dApps, on-chain logic, or blockchain services.
- Experience implementing and testing smart contracts in production or near-production environments.
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals including transactions, wallets, gas models, on-chain state, and contract interactions.
- Experience implementing direct blockchain interactions such as contract calls, event handling, transactions, and error recovery.
- Experience with blockchain developer tooling or integration layers (SDKs, MCP servers, chain interaction APIs).
- Strong engineering fundamentals in clean code, testing, and debugging distributed systems.
- Experience with at least one backend programming language and API development.
- Experience with Docker and microservices-based applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Motivation to build deep blockchain expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain smart contracts, on-chain logic, and services connecting platform components to blockchain capabilities.
- Contribute to the blockchain developer tooling layer including MCP servers and chain APIs.
- Collaborate with the team lead and senior engineers on technical design.
- Own feature implementation from design through testing and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and write automated tests.
- Maintain quality across on-chain and off-chain components.
- Troubleshoot transaction failures, contract interaction issues, and integration bugs across distributed systems.
- Document implementation details and contribute to technical diagrams.
