Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of B2B inside sales or marketing experience in life sciences, clinical research, or CRO sectors.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Working knowledge of email marketing and automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Ability to perform lead scoring, email sequence management, and performance reporting.
- Scientific literacy to translate complex histopathology and research capabilities into messaging.
- Strong discipline in pipeline management and results-driven execution.
- Experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive multi-channel outreach (phone, email, video) to qualify and convert leads.
- Manage the full inside sales cycle from discovery calls to proposal development and closing.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) for accurate pipeline tracking.
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns using email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
- Manage digital channels and LinkedIn presence targeting sponsor communities.
- Coordinate end-to-end trade show participation and post-event follow-up.
- Create and maintain marketing and sales enablement materials like case studies and capability decks.
