Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of B2B inside sales or marketing experience in life sciences, clinical research, or CRO sectors.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing and automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Ability to perform lead scoring, email sequence management, and performance reporting.
  • Scientific literacy to translate complex histopathology and research capabilities into messaging.
  • Strong discipline in pipeline management and results-driven execution.
  • Experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive multi-channel outreach (phone, email, video) to qualify and convert leads.
  • Manage the full inside sales cycle from discovery calls to proposal development and closing.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) for accurate pipeline tracking.
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns using email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Manage digital channels and LinkedIn presence targeting sponsor communities.
  • Coordinate end-to-end trade show participation and post-event follow-up.
  • Create and maintain marketing and sales enablement materials like case studies and capability decks.
