Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Sales Operations, or Logistics.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Experience working with ticketing systems or CRMs.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and numerical aptitude.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and operational data.
- Ability to make decisions using defined SOPs and business guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Generate apparel and promotional product quotes using the V4 Quoter tool.
- Validate mandatory inputs including quantity, artwork, garments, print methods, and licensing.
- Evaluate production feasibility against requested delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with printers and suppliers to confirm pricing, inventory, and rush order feasibility.
- Manage and resolve tickets in Freshdesk while meeting SLA and quality targets.
- Document workflows and contribute to SOP and HelpJuice improvements.
- Educate sales team members on quoting processes.
