Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or business intelligence with a focus on marketing analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience within general consulting or an analytical operations function.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing SEM (paid search), SEO (organic search), and Generative AI / AI-driven search channels.
  • Strong background in math, science, finance, engineering, or statistics.
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL (R, Python, or MATLAB are a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
  • Technical knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and balance conflicting priorities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to inform marketing decisions using modeling, hypothesis testing, root cause analysis, and forecasting.
  • Develop descriptive and diagnostic analytics to provide actionable recommendations for marketing leaders.
  • Define performance metrics aligned with company strategy and objectives.
  • Measure and diagnose performance of SEM, SEO, and Generative AI channels including spend efficiency, keyword performance, and lead value.
  • Map marketing processes and data flows across acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain marketing data infrastructure including integration with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to automate reporting and evaluate AI-driven search performance.
