Excellent verbal communication, reading, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Strong professionalism, reliability, and ability to work independently from a home office.
Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and web browsers.
Quiet, distraction-free home workspace suitable for telephone interviewing.
Desktop or laptop computer with a reliable internet connection (minimum 40 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed).
Personal mobile phone, webcam, microphone, and speakers.

Conduct outbound telephone calls using company-provided VoIP software to recruit participants for market research studies.
Clearly explain the purpose of each study, answer participant questions, and address concerns in a professional and engaging manner.
Read scripted interview questions accurately and consistently while maintaining a conversational and respectful tone.
Record participant responses accurately in Excel databases and ensure all information is complete and up to date.
Clarify unclear or incomplete responses to ensure high-quality research data.
Identify qualified respondents based on study criteria and schedule or invite them to participate in focus groups or other research activities.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and quality while working independently in a remote environment.
