Responsibilities

  • Manage personalized customer interactions throughout the sales funnel, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion focus.
  • Conduct online sales meetings and video calls to present products and close deals effectively.
  • Execute high-volume follow-up activities (calls, messages, and CRM updates) to nurture and recover leads.
  • Reactivate stalled leads and drive them back into the sales pipeline through persistent outreach.
  • Maintain accurate and daily CRM updates to ensure pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and provide feedback to marketing and leadership teams.
  • Participate in recurring team meetings and strategic alignment rituals to optimize sales performance.
