Responsibilities
- Manage personalized customer interactions throughout the sales funnel, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion focus.
- Conduct online sales meetings and video calls to present products and close deals effectively.
- Execute high-volume follow-up activities (calls, messages, and CRM updates) to nurture and recover leads.
- Reactivate stalled leads and drive them back into the sales pipeline through persistent outreach.
- Maintain accurate and daily CRM updates to ensure pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and provide feedback to marketing and leadership teams.
- Participate in recurring team meetings and strategic alignment rituals to optimize sales performance.
