Requirements

  • 2 years of previous experience in high ticket sales or consultative sales process.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive for success.

  • Excellent people skills with the ability to create rapport.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Extensive experience in phone/zoom sales.
  • Coachable and disciplined attitude.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming content in the sales training center.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs via zoom to discuss sales initiatives, study sales call game tape, and strategize around the pipeline.
  • Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to take leads through the sales process.
  • Engage in deep question led discovery dialogue to identity challenges, pain points, and gaps.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach.
  • Utilize WFS sales material & tools to deliver persuasive sales presentations via zoom.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets.
  • Adhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
