Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting global compensation programs, preferably within Engineering, Product, or other technical organizations.
- Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools such as Radford, Compa, or similar market data platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms; Workday experience is considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to enhance compensation analysis, reporting, dashboards, or workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to advise business leaders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and lead projects independently.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and Engineering and Product leaders to provide strategic guidance on compensation decisions across the employee lifecycle.
- Deliver data-driven compensation recommendations by leveraging market benchmarks, internal talent insights, compensation analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
- Evaluate existing global compensation programs, policies, and processes to improve effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Lead major compensation initiatives including annual compensation reviews, promotion cycles, and equity award programs.
- Design, develop, and maintain compensation dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical tools.
- Create and enhance compensation training materials and communications to improve transparency and program adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve compensation workflows while maintaining data integrity.
