Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting global compensation programs, preferably within Engineering, Product, or other technical organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools such as Radford, Compa, or similar market data platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms; Workday experience is considered an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI to enhance compensation analysis, reporting, dashboards, or workflow automation.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to advise business leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and lead projects independently.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and Engineering and Product leaders to provide strategic guidance on compensation decisions across the employee lifecycle.
  • Deliver data-driven compensation recommendations by leveraging market benchmarks, internal talent insights, compensation analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Evaluate existing global compensation programs, policies, and processes to improve effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Lead major compensation initiatives including annual compensation reviews, promotion cycles, and equity award programs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain compensation dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical tools.
  • Create and enhance compensation training materials and communications to improve transparency and program adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve compensation workflows while maintaining data integrity.
