Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems operations and financial modeling.
- At least 3 years of experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
- Experience working with SQL, Python, AI tools, or other data manipulation technologies.
- Ability to bridge financial and technical requirements through strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience managing system integrations, APIs, and automated financial data pipelines.
- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Workday Financials and related reporting capabilities is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the Workday Adaptive Planning environment, ensuring its reliability, accuracy, and continuous optimization.
- Maintain and enhance financial planning models, including personnel, expense, balance sheet, cash flow, revenue, headcount, and other custom models.
- Design and implement advanced FP&A modeling solutions while supporting AI and machine learning forecasting initiatives through structured financial data.
- Manage the chart of accounts, organizational hierarchies, system attributes, versions, and security settings.
- Troubleshoot complex formulas, improve model performance, and leverage new platform capabilities, including AI-powered features.
- Oversee integrations between Workday Adaptive, ERP, HRIS, and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flows and reconciliation of financial information.
- Develop executive dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
