Requirements

- Experience in fintech, credit, or financial markets is a plus.
- Familiarity with process automation tools such as n8n or Zapier.
Responsibilities
- Define hypotheses, collect data, and generate recommendations for unstructured business problems.
- Build analyses and dashboards to support decision-making in risk, operations, and finance.
- Map and improve processes to identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and propose automations.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate requirements and maintain alignment with stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear reporting to leadership.
