Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, startups, or analytical/business operations roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong research skills across companies, investors, markets, and transactions.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to structure ambiguous tasks into clear deliverables, plans, and execution steps.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality, reusable outputs.
- High sense of ownership with the ability to manage follow-ups and drive work to completion.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills in managing multiple concurrent workflows.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Interest in gaming, private markets, fintech, or venture ecosystems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage end-to-end conference workflows, including target lists, scheduling, and briefing materials.
- Build and maintain databases of investors, partners, lenders, and gaming companies.
- Conduct market, company, and transaction research across gaming, fintech, credit, and private markets.
- Develop and update presentations, internal memos, financial models, and investment tracking tools.
- Support deal pipeline management, including scoring frameworks, prioritization, and reporting.
- Assist in building financial models, fund analytics, and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate internal workflows to ensure deadlines, documentation, and reporting remain structured.
