Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, startups, business operations, or analytical roles.
- Strong generalist skill set across research, Excel, PowerPoint, written communication, and coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail; produces clean, usable work with limited rework.
- Ability to structure ambiguous tasks into clear outputs, workplans, deadlines, and next steps.
- Proficiency as a fast researcher across companies, investors, sectors, people, conferences, transactions, and public data.
- High ownership: follows up, closes loops, documents work, and makes progress visible.
- Interest in gaming, fintech, credit, private markets, venture capital, or digital platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare conferences end to end: target lists, attendee research, outreach, schedules, briefings, and follow-up trackers.
- Build investor, partner, lender, company, and counterparty databases from public sources, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Prepare and update presentations, internal memos, market maps, spreadsheets, and operating trackers.
- Support financial models, fund analytics, pipeline trackers, and scoring tools.
- Research investors, gaming companies, developers, publishers, lenders, partners, and comparable transactions.
- Build and maintain the credit deals pipeline.
- Coordinate and prepare dealflow scoring.
- Coordinate tasks, deadlines, files, notes, follow-ups, and internal reporting so progress and blockers stay visible.
