Requirements
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and Agile methodologies.
- Experience as a project manager, business analyst, or Scrum Master.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset focused on risk mitigation and problem prevention.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated good judgment in issue escalation and decision-making.
- Ability to analyze information and discuss technical recommendations with clients.
- Consulting experience is considered a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Champion project processes and build supportive long-term client relationships.
- Communicate project status, scope changes, budget, and risks to clients to ensure transparency.
- Gather and document requirements while coordinating with technical leads for effort estimation and scheduling.
- Monitor project budgets and handle monthly client invoicing.
- Coach project teams using Jira and Confluence to resolve blockers and maintain focus.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value to existing clients.
- Collaborate with other project managers to improve and share best practices.
