Requirements
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a commercial or business systems environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
- Background in software development with the ability to contribute technically and guide architectural decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and align technical delivery with business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing engineers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional English.
- Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to operate effectively in a distributed, global, remote-first environment.
- Experience in accounting, sales operations, or related business functions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately twice per year for company events.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of internal commercial systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and related platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, supporting their technical growth and career development.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions that support business operations across sales, finance, and operations teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and system improvements.
- Drive process optimization, system enhancements, and engineering best practices within the commercial systems domain.
- Oversee architecture, design decisions, and implementation strategies for CRM and ERP-related systems.
- Ensure systems remain compliant, well-integrated, and aligned with organizational goals.
