Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and modern JavaScript.
  • Experience developing Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, sharing models, and platform governor limits.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development practices.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to complete a technical coding assessment as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and other platform technologies.
  • Build custom business logic, automation, user interfaces, and enterprise applications that follow Salesforce development best practices and platform limitations.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Salesforce Connect, and related integration technologies.
  • Design and implement custom objects, relationships, validation rules, formula fields, security models, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive Apex unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and deployment readiness.
  • Support CI/CD processes using Salesforce DX and modern DevOps tools while participating in release management activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and resolve integration or platform-related challenges.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to development standards, document technical decisions, and support modernization of legacy implementations.
  • Collaborate with administrators, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
