Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Sitecore development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in C# and .NET with deep knowledge of Sitecore APIs.
  • Solid understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture principles.
  • Experience working with Sitecore XP, XM, or XM Cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with headless development using JSS and/or Next.js.
  • Strong front-end development skills with modern JavaScript and tooling.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore deployments.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Sitecore-based solutions across XM Cloud, XP, XM, and Content Hub, ensuring scalable and modular architecture aligned with Helix principles.
  • Develop backend services using C# and .NET, leveraging Sitecore APIs and services to support complex enterprise requirements.
  • Build headless and composable experiences using Sitecore JSS, Headless Services, and modern front-end frameworks such as Next.js.
  • Create and manage templates, layouts, renderings, and reusable components to support efficient content delivery and personalization.
  • Implement integrations with Sitecore ecosystem tools such as Content Hub, CDP, Personalize, Send, and OrderCloud.
  • Lead or support migration initiatives from legacy Sitecore XP/XM environments to XM Cloud and composable architectures.
  • Optimize platform performance, caching strategies, and deployment pipelines to ensure reliability and scalability under high traffic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content authoring workflows and digital experience delivery.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, code reviews, and technical documentation standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues across content management, delivery, and processing environments.
