Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with acquirers, PSPs, banks, APMs, or fraud/risk providers.
  • Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including acquiring, issuing, card networks, and alternative payment methods.
  • Experience working with or within the Brazilian market is required.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on partnership KPIs.
  • Native or fluent Portuguese and professional English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of payment ecosystem partners across LATAM, ensuring strong engagement, performance, and long-term growth.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with commercial and product priorities.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, SLAs, and partnership terms in collaboration with internal legal and finance teams.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, referrals, and strategic sales enablement activities.
  • Monitor partner performance using key metrics such as integration status, transaction volume, and satisfaction indicators.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align partner capabilities with merchant needs and roadmap priorities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and contribute market insights on payments trends and competitive dynamics in LATAM.
