Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, or strategic account management
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships from strategy through execution
- Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements and collaborating with Finance and Legal on deal structures
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across executive and operational stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high business impact
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships, overseeing day-to-day performance, contract execution, and long-term relationship success
- Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders, including executive leadership, through regular business reviews and strategic planning
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, renewals, and contract expansions in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams
- Develop partnership strategies that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term commercial value
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure successful partnership execution
- Monitor partnership performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Create multi-year strategic roadmaps that align business objectives with partner priorities
- Represent the organization in executive meetings, industry events, and external partner engagements
