Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in enterprise software or complex solution sales within large accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including stakeholder mapping and multi-level decision processes.
- Experience selling into large, complex organizations, ideally within financial services or regulated industries.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at C-level.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex challenges into strategic solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-value sales cycles with discipline and precision.
- Fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
- Skilled in negotiation with a focus on value retention and long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and account expansion within large enterprise and financial services organizations across the DACH region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored platform demonstrations that clearly articulate business value.
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth across assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal sales, solution engineering, and partnership teams to generate pipeline and close multi-solution deals.
- Manage CRM tools accurately, ensuring timely forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while preserving value and long-term customer relationships.
- Act as a mentor and share best practices across the broader sales organization.
