Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, or consultative B2B sales.
  • Proven success achieving or exceeding sales goals in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience selling software, compliance, risk, fraud, or other technology-based solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and strategic account management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and virtual selling technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to manage priorities independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business needs and positioning risk and fraud solutions.
  • Prospect new opportunities through outbound outreach, virtual meetings, and consultative sales activities to generate and close new business.
  • Schedule and conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal reviews.
  • Develop strategic account plans, manage sales pipelines, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership while working independently to execute sales strategies.
  • Travel to customer locations when needed to strengthen relationships and support key opportunities.
