Requirements
- 5–7+ years of Product Management experience, owning software, technology, or internal platforms.
- 2–4+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Demonstrated end-to-end delivery responsibility in complex environments.
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch.
- Solid understanding of modern software development practices.
- Experience defining product requirements, managing backlogs, and prioritizing work.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence multiple levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with product management tools, roadmapping systems, and collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development.
- Translate business objectives into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives.
- Own and drive end-to-end product execution for key product areas, from discovery through delivery.
- Act as a hands-on Product Manager for complex or high-visibility initiatives.
- Improve and scale product management practices, including intake, prioritization, discovery, requirements definition, and delivery processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, PMO, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment.
- Communicate product decisions, risks, and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
