Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of product management experience within telecommunications, managed service providers, or wireless/cellular industries.
- Proven expertise with MVNO operational models, including OSS/BSS integrations, SIM/eSIM management, and billing architectures.
- Strong understanding of 5G technologies, including millimeter wave (mmWave) and CBRS deployments.
- Experience leading complex product roadmaps from concept through commercialization.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
- MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with Managed Wi-Fi solutions, WLAN architectures, IEEE standards, QoS, network slicing, and traffic prioritization frameworks is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a comprehensive wireless product portfolio while ensuring successful product delivery, market expansion, and operational excellence.
- Define and execute the multi-year product roadmap across MVNO mobile services, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), and Managed Wi-Fi offerings.
- Own strategic relationships with mobile network partners, driving integrations for mobile plans, eSIM capabilities, and operational systems.
- Expand Fixed Wireless Access solutions by developing deployment strategies and identifying new market opportunities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Managed Wi-Fi products, including enhancements and expansion into additional customer segments.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions with seamless provisioning and support.
