Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading enterprise data management, data integration, analytics, or technology implementation projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong background in technical project management, business analysis, requirements gathering, and systems implementation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira for project administration and Agile delivery management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong client relationships in a consulting environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple concurrent technical projects using Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies from planning through successful delivery.
  • Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, success metrics, and resource plans while managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and team collaboration activities.
  • Provide technical oversight throughout the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate closely with engineering teams on data integration, analytics, warehousing, reporting, and technology solutions.
  • Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements, translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Perform SQL-based data validation, quality assurance, and analysis to support project delivery and ensure data accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams while delivering clear project updates, presentations, and status reporting.
  • Mentor junior team members, promote Agile best practices, leverage AI tools to improve productivity, and ensure solutions comply with healthcare data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
