  • 3-5 years of Project Management and related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence behavior.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • 5 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Nextech’s main medical specialties preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project charters and schedules for technical implementations.
  • Negotiate project objectives, requirements, timelines, and success criteria with stakeholders.
  • Lead project kickoff calls to establish scope, expectations, and communication plans.
  • Manage complex projects including database mergers, migrations, EMR integrations, and practice management system conversions.
  • Collaborate with Development, Product, Support, and Operations teams to deliver solutions.
  • Review technical requirements during pre-sales to define scope and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, technical dependencies, and implementation challenges.
  • Serve as the primary technical implementation contact for Customer Experience (CX) on complex engagements.
