Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and aggressive delivery timelines
- Strong experience with Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Strong experience with Agile Delivery Tracking, Velocity, and Burndown Reporting
- Strong experience with Dependency Management and Blocker Resolution
- Strong experience with Backlog Management and Delivery Reporting
- Strong experience with Cross-Functional Team Coordination
- Experience supporting migration, modernization, or cloud transformation projects
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification (preferred)
- Experience supporting large-scale application or database migration programs (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring timely project delivery
- Track Agile metrics, including sprint velocity, burndown, and delivery progress
- Manage backlogs, dependencies, and blocker resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Prepare delivery reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Support migration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives
- Utilize Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools to manage project delivery
