Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, program management, operations, or equivalent roles within a technology-driven organization.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs independently in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Strong experience working closely with engineering, product, analytics, and business systems teams (e.g., payments, risk, identity, or data platforms).
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, from roadmapping through execution and delivery.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset for identifying issues and evaluating solutions.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and modernize program management practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program strategy and execution across multiple technical pillars, including business systems (payments, risk, identity, security, accounting) and data/analytics platforms.
- Drive cross-functional planning, prioritization, and delivery across Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics teams.
- Lead complex, multi-stream technical programs, ensuring clear roadmaps, dependency management, risk mitigation, and timely execution of deliverables.
- Establish and maintain scalable program frameworks, improving how teams plan, track progress, and communicate.
- Partner with engineering and technical teams to translate strategy into execution, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements, leveraging automation and AI-driven tools.
- Define and track success metrics for programs, using data-driven insights to monitor performance.
- Contribute to cross-company initiatives such as annual planning cycles and broader operational processes.
