Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, chief of staff, or similar senior operational roles.
- Proven experience working directly with VP-level or senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize requests from senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into executive summaries.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of building scalable systems for tracking work and decisions.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and translating loosely defined problems into structured plans.
- Proficiency with modern collaboration and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or creative production environments is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own the operating rhythm of the Games Division by managing leadership cadences, reviews, and executive-level meetings.
- Build, maintain, and enforce GM meeting agendas, pre-reads, decision points, and follow-ups.
- Act as the central hub for information flow by aggregating updates across all game development functions into clear, concise, and actionable executive reporting.
- Track, document, and drive completion of decisions, action items, and risks across the division.
- Manage the GM’s calendar and priorities by filtering, consolidating, or redirecting meetings and requests.
- Produce executive-ready materials including OKR updates, QBR inputs, board-level summaries, and cross-functional briefing documents.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and continuously improve division systems, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
