Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, solutions delivery, implementation, or client onboarding roles
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software implementations
- Strong understanding of web technologies and data concepts (APIs, REST, JSON, integrations, and system architecture fundamentals)
- Experience working with marketing technology platforms such as ESPs, CDPs, or enterprise SaaS solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Familiarity with agile delivery environments and structured project management methodologies
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with high client expectations
Responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple concurrent customer implementation projects, including onboarding, configuration, integrations, and go-live execution
- Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact during implementation, aligning expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Strategy) to ensure seamless delivery
- Oversee technical integrations including REST APIs, data flows, third-party systems, and platform configuration
- Track project milestones, maintain documentation, and communicate clear status updates to clients and stakeholders
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, proactively driving resolution and escalation when needed
- Guide clients in adopting AI-powered and advanced platform capabilities as part of onboarding and activation
- Continuously improve implementation processes, playbooks, and best practices to enhance scalability and efficiency
