Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, solutions delivery, implementation, or client onboarding roles
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software implementations
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and data concepts (APIs, REST, JSON, integrations, and system architecture fundamentals)
  • Experience working with marketing technology platforms such as ESPs, CDPs, or enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Familiarity with agile delivery environments and structured project management methodologies
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with high client expectations

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multiple concurrent customer implementation projects, including onboarding, configuration, integrations, and go-live execution
  • Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact during implementation, aligning expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Strategy) to ensure seamless delivery
  • Oversee technical integrations including REST APIs, data flows, third-party systems, and platform configuration
  • Track project milestones, maintain documentation, and communicate clear status updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, proactively driving resolution and escalation when needed
  • Guide clients in adopting AI-powered and advanced platform capabilities as part of onboarding and activation
  • Continuously improve implementation processes, playbooks, and best practices to enhance scalability and efficiency
