Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing within B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling complex multi-channel event portfolios, including large industry conferences and executive-level engagements.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable event strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and sponsorship negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of sales alignment and pipeline generation through event marketing activities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to guide decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments with a high level of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%, including occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end strategy for field and third-party event programs, including conferences, executive roundtables, hospitality experiences, and webinars.
  • Design and continuously optimize the annual events portfolio, identifying high-impact opportunities while phasing out underperforming initiatives.
  • Lead full-cycle execution of all events, managing budgets, timelines, vendors, logistics, sponsorships, contracts, and on-site delivery.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership to define priorities, enable pipeline generation, and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Negotiate with external partners, conference organizers, and vendors to secure sponsorships, booth presence, and strategic event positioning.
  • Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and reporting frameworks to improve execution consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Own performance tracking and reporting, using data to evaluate ROI, pipeline influence, engagement, and lead quality.
  • Drive innovation in event formats and experiential marketing to strengthen market presence.
