Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize social media content strategies aligned with marketing funnel objectives, from awareness to conversion and retention.
  • Create and guide content production (copies, videos, carousels), ensuring each piece has a clear hypothesis and performance goal.
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to generate actionable insights and improve campaign results.
  • Structure and optimize social media funnels to drive lead generation and business growth.
  • Identify trends, formats, and opportunities in social media, testing them to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Work with creators and content producers, briefing and guiding outputs based on strategic objectives.
  • Continuously test hypotheses and scale successful initiatives based on data-driven results.
