Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in process mapping, optimization, and implementation of measurable improvements.
Experience with process automation using triggers, workflows, and system integrations.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in process modeling tools and data analysis platforms (Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience in technology companies or dynamic, fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, VBA, Google Apps Script, or similar) is nice to have.

Map, analyze, and diagnose business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose structured improvement opportunities.
Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from problem definition and solution design to implementation and results tracking.
Develop, structure, and monitor KPIs aligned with business objectives, building dashboards and actionable performance metrics.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across processes, reporting systems, and automation initiatives.
Design and implement automation solutions and digital workflows, including the use of AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Work in ambiguous and complex environments by structuring problems, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of process management practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of operational improvements.
