Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional product management experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring other PMs.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping complex consumer products in cross-org environments.
- Experience managing stakeholders and teams across diverse international time zones.
- Strong interest or experience in behavior change, health, wellness, or coaching digital products.
- Comfort working with technical complexity, specifically personalization systems, user modeling, and logic.
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating clarity from complexity.
- Strong product judgment and ability to inform decisions through data and intuition.
- Intellectual curiosity regarding the role of AI in product management.
- Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop three product managers to elevate their thinking and output quality.
- Deliver the product roadmap for the Nutrition pillar, transitioning from a rules-based system to an AI-adaptive experience by Q3.
- Navigate cross-org complexity by aligning with Samsung Health HQ and AI teams on architecture and product delivery.
- Ensure coherence across user states, progression models, and coaching logic to create an intuitive experience.
- Define and own KPIs for coaching effectiveness, diet quality, engagement, and retention.
- Contribute to the broader product organization by refining product craft and team processes.
