Requirements
- Professional fluency in German (minimum C1, CEFR) in both speech and writing.
- Strong background in Product Management.
- Experience working with post-product-market-fit, digital-first companies.
- Ability to manage both strategic and hands-on operational tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching team members.
- Proficiency in setting OKRs, conducting discovery, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to integrate into diverse teams.
- Commercial mindset with focus on retention, expansion, or efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage discovery and delivery for up to three concurrent product streams.
- Drive complex cross-functional initiatives in B2C or B2B environments.
- Define and reach quarterly OKRs and execute Continuous Discovery or A/B testing.
- Communicate strategic product narratives to CPOs, VPs, and Heads of Product.
- Coach, mentor, and delegate to Associate Product Managers.
- Break down complex initiatives into manageable work for the team.
